Dismantling

It's kind of sad. There is an organization that I am connected to/an alumni of and it is slowly unraveling. Management choices...decisions made...bad communication and then trying to "keep it all together" at whatever cost.

It's a sad thing to observe. It makes me wonder about the price of our decisions. It makes me wonder about the decisions I've made and the cost to others that they might have incurred of which I am completely unaware.

I pray for this organization and its ministry. I pray that it can be recreated in an image that will serve the future.
