I've been reflecting on the article I blogged below. Leadership is just such a funny thing to me. Never has something been so coveted, which is so elusive, yet can be done so easily.
But I guess not by all.
Change or die? Seems obvious. But it's not. My own struggles with nutrition/health/weight are an obvious indicator.
The observation from the article on the culture at Apple: Think Different.
Radical change is easier than incremental. Yes. My experience with the Network and with Lord of Life and its Youth Ministries are evidence of that.
For that matter, the reality of my life is such that massive change is sometimes easier than the smaller, incremental change.
Was that God's thinking about redemption? Certainly the law...the prophets...the kings, judges and priests were not doing it.
It was only something completely radical that could change the formula and reclaim humanity in God's name.
Think different.
